Beautiful hand painted vintage Fitz and Floyd piece! Looks like one leaf is missing but has no unsightly marks! Please check photos and let us know if you have any questions. When shaken can hear and is weighted down by sand. Feels like made of wood, but I believe may be resin about 3" x 3" . This is an estate sale find.
